It's been awhile since we had a monthly challenge so here's a big one for July!
In conjunction with our Toy Story 3 celebration in Petrosains, we want you to dig up your old toys (in parts and pieces) and using your creativity (and perhaps some glue), combine them together into an awesome new toy!
For example, you could combine the head of a dinosaur with the body of an action figure and perhaps instead of legs, use wheels! Have fun, do it safely, and show us the results. Remember to ask for help from Mom and Dad if you're using sharp and dangerous tools.
What We Want?
- A NEW toy made up of parts and pieces of old toys.
What Else Do We Want?
- A cool name for it and tell us why a kid (like Ash) would want to play with it.
When Do We Want It?
- Anytime from now until the end of July!
How Do You Show It?
- Bring it to a meeting. If you're from Troops 1-3, bring your new toy and you get to join in the meeting too! Please let us know in advance though.
We'll be asking you some questions when you show it to us so be prepared! For example, we really would want to know whether wheels or legs are better or would a man's body be able to support the head of a Tyrannosaurus Rex!
