Activities:
- Circle of Energy:

• This is an energiser activity to foster team cohesiveness and to encourage bonding.

- 3D Movie Viewing:

• Science Scouts are treated to a 3D Movie Viewing at Petrosains' Theatre Ungku Omar! The movie of choice is the heart-warming adventure of a young dinosaur in prehistoric earth, Dinky Dinosaur.
  

- Transformers Energy Challenge:

• Science Scouts took part in the ongoing Transformers Energy Challenge facilitated by Geraldine. Winner took home an Autobot!
  

Troop 1: Meeting 3

Activities:
- Circle of Energy:

• This is an energiser activity to foster team cohesiveness and to encourage bonding.

- Catching the Wind:

• This is a trial of a new activity specially designed for Science Scouts. The activity requires participants to build a windmill that can lift up a load. Integrated in this activity is a quiz on energy and a challenge to see which team’s windmill can lift the highest load.

The Science Scouts are now testing their windmill designs.


- Energy Card Challenge:

• Each participant is given an Energy Card with 7 empty slots. They will need to locate and observe 7 mini science shows in the centre themed around the topic of energy in order to earn a stamp for each slot. Stamping all the slots will earn the participant a goodie bag.

- Take-Home Activity:

• Scouts are given the Seeds Collection Sheet. They will need to find and bring at least 18 of the 20 seeds given to earn the Citizen Science badge.
