Activities:
- Circle of Energy:

• This is an energiser activity to foster team cohesiveness and to encourage bonding.

- Plant Your Own Seed:

• Science Scouts were given a mineral water bottle, some soil and seeds. They cut the bottle in half, fill the bottle with soil and plant the seed. One group were given 5 seeds, the next one 10 seeds, the next 15 and so on. They were to monitor the seed’s growth and write a report on it to be presented on the next meeting.

- Friends of The Earth (Recycling):

• Science Scouts are to collect recyclable/environmentally friendly item and prepare a 5-minute presentation. They also need to collect 7 plastic containers with a different ‘Plastic Bottle Material Code’.

- Circle of Energy:

• This is an energiser activity to foster team cohesiveness and to encourage bonding.

The Science Scouts doing the Circle of Energy, a meeting tradition!

- A Day in the Centre:

• For this meeting, the Science Scouts did activities in the centre. They watched the Balloon and Liquid Nitrogen Show at Science Station 1. Apart from that, they also went on the Helicopter Simulator Ride and watched a 3D Show which was Dog and Bugs. For each activity, they wrote down a short essay about their learning experiences and what they have learnt in each activity.

Exhausted and excited from their centre run-a-round, the Science Scouts take some downtime to complete their essays.
